Hello all,
So today was a crazy Saturday we went to a baptism, then to a farewell party for Matt and Ami Moffitt. We are so sad that they are leaving but we are excited for them to start their new adventure in AZ. Watch out for those scorpions. Then some of us ladies went to the mall-it was really fun. Unfortunately the only thing I came out with was some anti-bacterial soap from Bath and Body works (thanks Mckell for getting me hooked on the stuff).
Then when I got home Allan made some tuna melts and it was exciting because I really wanted some parsley for the tuna and then (drum roll please) I remembered we have a little herb garden and the parsley has gotten so big. So Allan and I went out on our patio and snipped some fresh parsley and chives. It was so much fun-I know that sounds lame but if you have an herb garden you know how it feels. So that was our crazy Saturday.

I am jealous. We have though about starting an herb garden since there is no room for any other kind! I think it would grow under the skylight in the kitchen, but it is not worth it now!
Good work on the herb garden!! I am going to start a garden next year but the heat is so intense here in the summer that you have to plant the right plants and water properly. We have a garden expert in our ward that they call the garden Nazi because he thinks he know it all but I may have to consult him! Looks like all is going well and you are enjoying life! Keep up the blogging!
